Meet Dr. Kramer

Intended Parents
Hello, and welcome.
I’m Dr. Kramer—founder of Life Sprout Surrogacy, and someone who has spent much of his life helping hopeful parents build the families they’ve dreamed of.
My journey in surrogacy began in 2013, when I co-founded a California based agency. Over the years,
that agency grew into one of the largest full-service surrogacy organizations in the country. We helped over 450 Intended Parents navigate the process, supported hundreds of surrogates, and built services that included an egg bank and insurance company to ensure a more seamless, supported experience for everyone involved.

But even with all that growth, I always came back to the same core truth: surrogacy is deeply personal. Every family’s story is different. That’s why I started Life Sprout Surrogacy—so I could build something more intentional, more personal, and more focused on quality over quantity.
Before surrogacy, I spent nearly two decades in the global pharmaceutical industry, building companies and learning how to meet complex client needs. I hold a Master’s and Doctorate in Reproductive Endocrinology, completed a Fellowship in Pharmacology and Toxicology, and earned an MBA. I was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and consulted for the FDA—but what truly matters most to me is helping people like you bring life into the world.

At Life Sprout, we know where problems can happen, and we plan ahead to avoid them. We’re small enough to truly know you, and experienced enough to guide you through every step with confidence and care. You’ll never feel like just another case here.
I am blessed at attracting top talent to help me help you.

If you're considering surrogacy, I’d be honored to speak with you. Schedule a free call—we'll talk about your hopes, your concerns, and how we can make your journey to parenthood as smooth and supported as possible.

Warmly,
Dr. Kramer
